Pink has announced her first ever stadium tour of the UK.

The So What singer will take her Funhouse Summer Carnival Tour to six venues across the UK next year, kicking off at the Reebok Stadium in Bolton on Saturday June 12.

She will then perform in Swansea, Coventry, Glasgow and Staffordshire before wrapping up with a gig in Ipswich on June 29.

Pink - real name Alecia Moore - posted a message on Twitter saying: "Very very excited!!!!"

According to the US star's website, her Funhouse Tour - which started in February and is due to end in December - will be transformed into a "carnival-style spectacular with a visually stunning new production". Special guests are to be announced at a later date.

Tickets will go on sale at 10am on Monday November 9.
